Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods. For full details, the return address, and the model cancellation form, please see our Cancellation Policy.

You bear the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Since our products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, there is no need to ship the defective item back to us. We coordinate directly with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
