Print-on-Demand Items
All simplexim products are custom-printed to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo (for defective/damaged items)
