All products sold on simplexim are made-to-order via print-on-demand fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including if a product is listed at an incorrect price. You will be notified and refunded in such cases.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are listed in USD.

4. Shipping

A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 is applied to all orders. Delivery times vary by destination and fulfillment partner. simplexim is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of simplexim. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

simplexim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
